Cancellation Policy
Cancellation / Rebooking Policy At Bowland Cleaning Services Limited, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure every booking runs smoothly. In order to maintain efficiency and fairness to all of our clients, we have the following cancellation and rebooking policy: Cancellation Notice A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance by phone or email. Late Cancellations / No-Shows Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the total service fee. If no notice is given and our team arrives on site, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. Rebooking We are happy to accommodate any changes to your booking. Please let us know in advance if you need to reschedule, and we will do our best to find an alternative time. Rebooking requests are subject to availability. Emergency Situations We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to provide the required 24 hours’ notice due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss the situation. We may offer flexibility on a case-by-case basis.
